Role Description
The Business Consultant is responsible for the research, analysis, definition and documentation of requirements for client projects in the social services, health and human services domain. The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst is to perform GAP analysis of client requirements and Cúram SPM solution functionality. A Business Consultant will act as domain consultant on the client implementation projects on direct customer facing positions on Díona’s customer engagements around the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Research, analyze, define and refine business requirements for a specific area of the client project

  • Assist the project Manager in project estimation and planning

  • Contribute to Fit-gap analysis and running requirement workshops

  • Produce requirement process artifacts

  • Assist client business team in validating implementation against requirements

  • Liaise with team members and COTS vendors (as applicable) to ensure a quality project deliverable

  • Apply problem solving techniques and product capability knowledge to ensure best results for the client engagement

  • Prepare and deliver domain best practice/product capability presentations

  • Present a professional and knowledgeable image of Diona to customers

Skills and Attributes

  • 2+ years of experience as a business consultant in the social, health and human services domain and 5+ years of business consulting experience

  • Experience with Merative Cúram SPM (Social Program Management) a must

  • Experience in defining business requirement for implementing large enterprise wide software applications in a Web environment

  • Experience of screen design and proto-typing

  • Practical knowledge of software development lifecycles 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  

  • Ability to work either alone or as part of a team dedicated to delivering quality results

  • Good high-level knowledge of the Cúram SPM Enterprise Modules, Reference Model, Business and Technical Infrastructure Services

  • Candidates with prior on-site exposure with doing fit-gap analysis and requirement workshops will be preferred

  • Self-motivated with attention to detail

  • Proven ability in the area of written communication and presentation delivery

Educational qualification

  • Minimum four-year degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent from recognized institutions.
