Implemented Diona Visits for the Ktunaxa Kinbasket Child & Family Services Society (KKCFS) in British Columbia, Canada. The solution helps KKCFS in ensuring the safety of Aboriginal Children (First Nations, Metis, and Inuit) using the Signs of Safety model in the Cranbrook, Kimberley, Creston and lnvermere areas, both on and off-reserve.
Implemented Diona Self Service, allowing clients to apply for and manage SNAP, TANF and Medicaid benefits, while also expediting processing of applications in a remote work setting.
Implemented Diona Visits, Diona Investigations and Diona Placement Finder to mobile enabled caseworkers allowing them to work more effectively while in the field engaging with children and families. Implemented Diona Uploads for Clark County residents allowing them to submit verification items via their mobile devices.
