Role Description
The Senior Business Consultant, by virtue of their experience in the domain and their exposure to a variety of project areas, will
assume more of a leadership role both on individual assignments and to other business consultants. The Senior Business Consultant is focused on the functional design of the client solution. In addition, the Senior Business Consultant will act as the point of contact on-site for business related questions and issues that arise and require clarification which cannot be addressed by a Business Consultant. The Senior Business Consultant will also act as a liaison to other teams within Diona, as appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • To build a high level of trust and confidence with Partners and Customers in relation to their knowledge of the business issues at hand and of the proposed Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions like Cúram SPM

  • To advise Customers and Partners on the best approaches to configuring/implementing the COTS products to their set of requirements

  • Thoroughly understands the customer’s business processes and requirements in order to provide advisory consulting on the best use of the existing Cúram SPM functionality

  • Provides input to the Technical Architect on usability from a business perspective on the overall design and approach

  • Aids in determining the overall customization requirements   

  • Ability to lead business process analysis and mapping techniques (use cases, process flows, and Gap analysis) on client engagements

  • Ability to lead JAD sessions

  • Lead customer business users to help determine, document and gain formal agreement for system requirements

  • Solid team building, problem resolution and decision-making skills

  • Apply problem solving techniques and product capability knowledge to ensure best results for the client engagement

  • Prepare and deliver domain best practice/product capability presentations

  • Present a professional and knowledgeable image of Diona to customers

Skills and Attributes

  • 5+ years of experience as a business consultant in the social, health and human services domain and 10+ years of business consulting experience

  • Experience with Merative Cúram SPM (Social Program Management) a must

  • Experience in defining business requirement for implementing large enterprise wide software applications in a Web environment

  • Practical knowledge of software development lifecycles 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  

  • Ability to work as part of an integrated team and to be a leader within the team

  • Good high-level knowledge of the Cúram SPM Enterprise Modules, Reference Model, Business and Technical Infrastructure Services

  • Basic awareness of Cúram SPM integration interfaces such as Payment, CRM, Document Repository, Data Warehousing, Single Sign-on

Educational qualification

  • Minimum four-year degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent from recognized institutions.
