The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) is a statutory corporation that administers a no-fault insurance system for workplace injuries and illnesses across the province. WCB Manitoba partnered with Diona to deliver their first mobile app solution, designed to modernize the worker experience. The new Worker App leverages Diona Self Service to empower injured workers to manage the full lifecycle of their claim from submitting an initial incident report to receiving payments. Through the app, workers can complete forms, submit expenses, view claim status, upload required documents, receive real-time notifications, and communicate directly with WCB from their mobile device. This launch marks a major milestone in WCB’s digital transformation and reinforces their commitment to accessibility, transparency, and client-centered service.
